Counselling

I currently offer online counselling, walk and talk therapy and single session counselling. I currently have very limited face to face availability in Bexleyheath (Wednesdays fortnightly at 1pm or weekly at 2pm).

My Approach

Counselling should meet the needs of the individual, I try to achieve this through an integrative approach, meaning I work from a range of counselling theories, including person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic. I am a strong believer in supporting the client’s true self, so I work with a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirmative approach.

Our First Session

When you enquire for counselling, we can book in a free 30 minute online consultation, this gives us space to discuss your needs and what you are looking to get from counselling. This also provides you with an opportunity to see if I am the right fit for you. After this, we can then book in for your first session, here we would discuss any goals you may have and the duration of the course of counselling, this could be long or short term.

Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk is a way of offering therapy in the outdoors. We would have initial consultation online and then decide if you would like Walk and Talk counselling. Here, we would decide on a meeting place (within Bexley) and create plans based on if we were to see someone you knew, adverse weather etc. In the case of adverse weather, we would usually switch to online counselling.

Fees: £65 per session
