I currently offer monthly group sessions in Erith and sound baths for your event or workplace.
What are Sound Baths?
A sound bath is a meditative practice that uses sound through musical tools such as Tibetan singing bowls to reach a state of deep relaxation. Studies have shown that attending sound baths can reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and tension, with improved overall wellbeing.
